i found the location excellent, providing convenient access to downtown attractions. the breakfast buffet impressed me with its varied and full options. i appreciated the reasonable prices considering the comfort and service provided .
the automatic vapor system emitted a strong perfume smell throughout the hotel. this fragrance was quite heavy and disturbed my breathing sensitivity. i found this aspect less than ideal during my otherwise good stay.

The breakfast buffet has a variety of choices ensuring guests find something suitable. I saw chef binyameen providing a good service, and himani welcomed guests kinda and offered helpful assistance during the buffet.

the hotel is in a great spot with rooms perfect for families. obaid were pretty good too. the highlight was the birthday surprise for our little daughter. the room had beautiful decorations and a delicious cake. she was so thrilled!
the vegetarian options at breakfast were very limited. i raised this with the staff, and they tried to help. it would be good if the hotel highlighted this on their website.

the valet parking was excellent! the staff were friendly and very efficient. amrit singh handled my car with care. hotel staff greeted everyone with smiles. the room was clean with appropriate amenities.
The room was a little bit tired. the view of the burj khalifa made up for it.

i found the reception staff helpful and polite. they promptly addressed all my questions. the breakfast buffet included many choices. fresh fruits and hot dishes were plentiful! the italian chef made excellent pasta dishes.
the gym equipment seemed a little dated. some machines needed maintenance. i noticed some rust on the treadmill handles. it could use a refresh.

The outdoor pool features a comfortable temperature. it included twenty lounge chairs around the perimeter. a shaded section for those seeking respite from the sun. We loved the pool. but the views were amazing!

the pool had clear water, i adored the sun until 4pm. the rooms were modern and spacious. i felt romantic, the views were amazing, we loved the pool. but the sunbeds were a lot.
the minibar snacks were not complimentary, this created a surprise at check-out. the pillows were not comfortable, i found the options too thin. it wasn't a pleasure, the music was loud.
